THE ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

The attorney has the ultimate responsibility to be mature and stay focused on the goals of representation. Mr. Dickstein develops relationships with clients and clients’ supporters to ensure he can truly understand his clients’ core interests.  Mr. Dickstein wants to know exactly what his client feels and why.  The key to victory in every case is to be found deep inside the attorney-client relationship.  There are almost always ups and downs.  It is a relationship. Mr. Dickstein does not “take it personally.” He just wants to be entirely honest while still helping his client cope with the stress of litigation.
